Initiatives Programs

Programs designed to move the needle on creative wellbeing

Our initiatives are structured programs open to organisations and individuals working at the intersection of creativity, community and health. They are designed to build capability, foster connection, and turn evidence into action.

Growing together

Growing Together is a 16-week audience development program designed for groups of arts organisations who want to build audience connection without burning out trying.

The program uses audience insights as a springboard for collaborative learning. Participants take small actions regularly, develop the rituals and relationships required for long-term growth, and draw on the expertise of their peers.
